When a top European paint manufacturer had the need to replace their existing steps on site and couldn’t find anything else in any catalogue or on the web, they contacted us here at Action to visit them on site in Liverpool to measure the old faithful steps that had served them so well in the past and requested us to produce a replica but to ensure it met all current health and safety regulations. 

The current steps in use:

We pride ourselves here on going that extra mile to make sure our customers’ needs are looked after and that the products we produce are of industrial quality and made to last. Our sales manager Jonathan Ball visited the site, measured the existing steps on site and produced a quotation the following day which was approved by the customer, so a speedy turnaround could take place.

Just a mere three weeks from our initial site visit and we had produced and delivered a new bespoke safety step. The customer very pleased with the end result, said “Our new step is perfect!”. They will have many years of service from our safety step taking pride of place on their shop floor. We are only too pleased that we managed to help in their moment of need.
