British Safety Standards

The greatest steps, ladders, and platforms are made to exacting specifications and put through rigorous testing. This guarantees that they constantly deliver the required levels of performance. The British Standards Institute (BSI) safety standards are identified by name or in the product information across much of our range. You may probably come across BS EN131 safety requirements and BS 2037 Class 1 standards, among others.

Ladders with a Class 1 classification are designed for heavy-duty tasks and are intended for frequent usage in areas where storage and transportation are required.
