Pallet Collars are a very simple product that has been designed to increase the storage area of items on a pallet. Traditional pallets are flat and that often restricts the amount of goods that can be loaded onto them. Pallet collars build up four retaining sides around the pallet, therefore providing an increased loading possibility. They can be added to in increments so in effect they can turn an ordinary flat pallet into a bulk loading box pallet. The collars are manufactured in 3 different materials; Wood, Corrugated Cardboard and Plastic. The Pallet Collars are designed to stack on top of each other, to enable the user to increase the height to suit the specific storage requirement. All our Pallet Collars can be stored flat when not in use, saving valuable storage space.

Wooden Pallet Collars 

All our wooden pallet collars are manufactured from kiln dried heat treated timber. They comply with the latest ISPM 15 regulations. We are also able to offer a bespoke manufacture service for the wooden pallet collars. This service offers sizes to meet customers' exact specification requirements, along with other options including: colours, name stencilling and logos.

Action Handling was recently contacted to supply a large quantity of our wooden pallet collars for delivery to Africa as part of a large transformation project. Our customer, a multinational oil and gas company, required the wooden pallet collars to transform their obsolete wooden pallets into robust storage containers. A total order of 200 wooden pallet collars was confirmed and the goods were delivered to the customer’s site within 3 working weeks.
