A major high street convenience store group approached Action Handling and requested the design for a bespoke shelf trolley which will serve as multi-functional equipment around the store. Given the variation of sizes, textures and quantities of goods which needed to be transported, a standard model was not suitable and a bespoke solution was manufactured. 

Prototypes were supplied for evaluation and approval in the first instance, then the required total quantity were manufactured and distributed directly to the customers individual store locations.

The finished product has a unique drop-down hinged side on each of the three trays, which allows the user to load and unload items easily and quickly whilst carrying out a number of duties. The water-resistant phenolic covered timber base makes it easy to clean and the whole unit is lightweight and simple to manoeuvre. 

• 3 trays with 50x50mm mesh welded walls and base of water-resistant phenolic covered timber.
• Drop-down hinged sides – to allow easier use i.e. stock replenishment on the shop floor.
• Easily manoeuvrable on 4 x 100mm non-marking swivel rubber castors. 
• Colour: blue. 
• Easy to clean.

All our bespoke trolleys are designed and manufactured to the customer’s unique specification. These can be manufactured to suit with stainless steel, galvanised or painted finish (colour based on preference).
