Having decided to implement safe and secure storage facilities at their UK headquarters, a leading camera lighting hire and repair company employed the expertise of Action Handling.

During our meeting with the procurement director, the client outlined a number of specification requirements regarding the new storage cupboards/cabinets. A specialised kind of equipment was required for the safe and secure storage of flammable cleaning fluids around the company’s warehouse.

Having taken account of the exact quantity of cleaning fluid being stored on-site and out on projects over the course of a working month, Action Handling put forward a custom proposal to suit the exact requirements. A large quantity of various models was delivered within 1 working week and a set of 10 x bespoke mobile units were also supplied for field engineers to keep in their vehicles overnight. The mobile units were designed and manufactured totally bespoke, based on the fleet of vehicles being used.

All Units supplied fully comply with H&S and CoSHH regulations.

Specification points:

  • ‘No snag’ handles with 2 point locking.
  • Adjustable spill-retaining shelves for superior spill management.
  • Integral liquid tight sump encourages the correct handling of spills through the use of adsorbents.
  • Powder coated with Germ Guard Active Technology anti-bacterial paint (reduces the risk of cross contamination and is proven to reduce the spread of E. coli and MRSA.
