Sometimes it is really nice to go back and revisit a customer many months after the initial sale is completed and talk over how the piece of equipment we have supplied has improved the working environment for them. As was the case for this very interesting project for an inspection table for an automotive client in the north east of England.
Basic specification of visual inspection table supplied:
- Size 1600mm wide x 750mm deep.
- Load capacity 600Kg.
- Lift height adjustment 700mm-1100mm.
- Electro hydraulic height adjustment.
- Complete with energy unit - 6 wired sockets with hinged lids – 2 unconnected RJ45 sockets.
Having a scissor lift table for many years the client was making-do but it wasn’t really the perfect solution, so when on a site visit nearby we called in to analyse the difficulties experienced by the client during the visual inspection process. With so many years of experience and our famous ‘yes we can do that’ attitude towards all projects, we soon came up with a solution for the customer that improved the production and truly did exceed their expectations of what was achievable.
