We still maintain our vision in providing an outstanding product range backed up with great customer service. This is made possible by our valued office team, most of whom have given long service to the company. Here is a chance to put faces (albeit cartoonised) to the voices and get to know a bit about each member of the team. We have cat lovers, dog lovers, the sporty types plus the original action man himself!
Steve is the first point of contact when it comes to companies needing to discuss their projects. He joined his dad and brother Paul in the family business whilst playing for semi-pro football teams, which followed on from playing at Spurs as a teenager.
Hayley worked abroad in the holiday industry for a number of years. Since joining Action Handling, she has worked her way up to now running the accounts department.
Stacey followed her sister into the company. When she’s not working on product development or helping to produce the annual catalogue, she firmly wears the customer services' hat. If you need to know anything product or customer related, ask Stacey!
Jon started at the company straight from school. We just can’t seem to get rid of him! Which is just as well, his years with us have developed into him understanding how a customer’s site can benefit from enhancements. Jon is the maestro at bespoke solution finding.
Clare has a busy life outside of work (take a look at her hobbies on the company profile page) and is mirroring it in the office. She is the admin queen when it comes to sales and accounts.
Paul is the main decision maker and steers a sturdy ship. He plays as hard as he works making him worthy of the title ‘action man’. Having started at the bottom in the business, he now gets to sit in the comfy chair once graced by his father John.
