Adjustable pallet racking
The most popular type of system available as they are simple to use, versatile and effective. The beam positions are completely adjustable so that it can be easily configured to suit any kind of storage space, pallet stock and size of pallets to be used. Used with standard forklift trucks and suited to a wide range of different warehouse applications.

  • Cost effective warehouse storage solution.
  • Adaptable to any type of stock, pallet size and storage space.
  • Can be quickly and easily assembled and disassembled to allow for potential increase in growth.
  • Can support regular stock rotation.
  • Heights of 30 metres to make use of vertical warehouse space that would be otherwise unused.

Narrow aisle pallet racking
This racking has slim width aisles, coupled with higher bays that allows you to utilise your storage area to the maximum.

  • Pallets are stacked higher which increases the storage capacity.
  • Increases speed of access to storage positions.
  • Increases use of the floor space by up to 50% of normal wide aisle systems.
  • Allows better stock rotation.
  • Stock accessibility is available at any point.
  • Potential damage is reduced due to the reduction of redundant space.

Double deep racking
This racking has slim width aisles, coupled with higher bays that allows you to utilise your storage area to the maximum.

  • Best suited for bulk storage of the same products.
  • The access to pallets is from the side of the racking system which reduces the amount of aisles required.
  • Beam positions are adjustable to suit different pallet sizes and varieties of stock.
  • Storage space is increased by up to 50% of normal adjustable pallet racking.

Drive in racking
This system is suited to high density FILO (First in, last out) storage.

  • Optimises space for bulk storage of single product more than any other system.
  • Keeps stock fully accessible and uses up optimal floor space.
  • Conventional forklifts can access goods through channels rather than aisles.
  • Pallets are supported individually and this reduces damages.
  • This system is very robust and needs little maintenance.

Push back racking
Suitable for warehouse operations that are looking to operate LIFO storage (last in, first out) with product specific aisle lanes.

  • Push back existing pallets as new ones are loaded with up to four pallets deep per level.
  • Pallets automatically move forward due to incline design when front pallet is removed.
  • Maximises floor space for bulk storage.
  • Increases efficiency by allowing fast access to pallets.
  • Low maintenance system with reduced damage risk.

Live storage is dynamic in providing higher levels of stock rotation and increased picking efficiency.

  • Provides faster speed of access to stock.
