Cylinder trolleys bring safety to the workplace
A UK based laboratory recently contacted us with a very specific safety problem. They needed a safe and stable way to move tall gas cylinders around within their facility. The cylinders were 1430mm in height, 230mm diameter and weighed around 100kg. Transporting these cylinders across uneven surfaces, gradients and raised door thresholds is something that standard gas cylinder trolleys are not built to handle. They needed something far more robust and ultimately, something that was bespoke made. Understanding customer usage needs and the individual workplace requirements is key to providing the very best safety standards. The safe way to move and store gas cylinders is something that requires careful planning.

King Charles III Coast Path
Eighteen years in the making, England’s 2,689-mile coast path is now nearing completion. About 80% of the route is open, with the remaining sections expected to be finished by the end of the year.
The project has focused on connecting previously unlinked stretches of coastline and bringing the path closer to the water. More than 1,000 miles of new trails have been created, and many existing sections have been upgraded — including resurfaced paths, new boardwalks and bridges, and the removal of stiles to improve accessibility.
In many areas, Natural England has also secured new rights of access, opening beaches, dunes, and cliff-tops that were once off-limits to the public. When complete, the path will give walkers the unprecedented opportunity to travel the entire length of England’s coastline on a single continuous trail.

Buyers Guide to Roller Conveyors
Gravity roller conveyor is referred to as such, because it uses gravity to move goods. The basic design is that of an outer framework made from steel or plastic and fitted with a series of steel or plastic rollers that are fixed within that frame, over which the goods can then be rolled from point to point.
