UK Netball Super League turns professional in 2025

As the predominantly female sport turns pro, it hopes to rival the Australian Suncorp Super League (SSL) which is currently the number one league worldwide. For many years, top UK players who have had the opportunity to play in the SSL, greatly advancing their playing skills. The new format of the Netball Super League (NSL 2.0) will mean that the teams will no longer have 12 player squads as they are being reduced to just 10. This should mean that only the cream of the crop will be playing in the league, bringing the outcome of games to a closer finish, therefore creating a more spectacular league. Could NSL 2.0 ever attract the top Aussie players?
